“Should” is one of my least favourite words. The impression I’m getting is that if you think “you should” but your body is in resistance, then you probably “shouldn’t”. This is not a validation of procrastination or distraction, but rather a validation of feeling. Allowing space and time to feel in our bodies what we are moving with.
