Everyday Dance

Every day we have feelings and movements that want to be experienced, that want to be felt. Some days it doesn’t feel like there’s time for that. So, I made this short mix as a window of time carved out for you. It’s 33 minutes, but sometimes taking even just 5 minutes “out of time”, out of the must-rush, and into being fully present with ourselves and with what lies beyond ourselves, is enough. Enough to shift patterns, enough to breathe, enough to come back to life. To know that you are enough. With Love, Jolene
